We felt right at home during our stay, and with Shanklin Beach just 500 meters away and the lovely cafés like The Dragon Pearl and Bayside Fish & Chips less than a 5-minute walk, we had plenty of options for enjoyable strolls and meals by the sea.

The Cliff Hall boasts stunning sea views from spacious rooms and has excellent accessibility, making it easy for seniors to navigate the premises. The beautiful garden area and welcoming bar lounge contribute to a relaxing atmosphere.

An elevator for easier access would be helpful.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a cozy bar lounge area, and great beach access. The staff helped me find dining places during my first stay, making it memorable. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway! I'm coming back next year.

Great breakfast and lovely staff but no parking on site was inconvenient.

the owners were rly nice and made us feel at home. breakfast was super tasty, lots of options that kept everyone happy. the location was amazin with a fab sea view. the room was clean and comfy, even tho some things were outdated. we loved the chill vibe of the place, it felt relaxed and welcoming.

the toilet seat was old and kinda gross. also, they made the bed while we were still in the room, which felt nosy.

Great sea views and friendly staff, but the building needs some updates.

Had a blast with my friends here! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and arcades for the kids. We enjoyed some moody nights, playing table tennis while the kids had their fun. Perfect base for exploring the beautiful island. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty to choose from, and our hosts were super friendly!

Our room got a bit stuffy during the hottest week of the year, making it hard to sleep comfortably.

Friendly hosts went out of their way to ensure comfort. a more modern shower could enhance the overall bathroom experience. Noise from adjoining rooms was occasionally noticeable, which affected privacy. Unpacking luggage required navigating around the limited space near the entrance.

We just spent 3 nights here and had a lovely time enjoying the beautiful gardens and relaxing by the sun terrace. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and the lounge area with a pool table was a hit with everyone. The only downside was the slight wear in the room decor, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 😊

Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options including a fantastic full English. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit cramped, and the bathroom had a slight musty smell. My only major issue was with the shower. it had some inconsistent temperature control. The lounge area was cozy, and the decor gave the place a nice, homely vibe.

If I had to suggest an improvement, a bit of updating around the hotel wouldn't hurt, but the charm and service more than made up for it.
